About Our Business
When I started to taking yoga classes in early 2005, my
friend Brooke and I looked everywhere for fashionable and
stylish yoga mat bags. The only bags that I found were
boring solid colored bags made out of nylon and canvas.
So, I took matters into my hands and made bags for both of
us. The resulting bags, which are featured on this website,
were an immediate hit with others in my yoga class and It's
Bagnificent was born.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All payments are made via Paypal.
If you have any questions regarding payment, e-mail admin@itsbagnificent.com. Do
not include a credit card number in an e-mail -- this is not secure and you must
always use Paypal for a secure credit card transaction.
It’s Bagnificent reserves the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
ONLINE SECURITY:
To make sure your online transaction is completely safe and secure, It’s Bagnificent
processes each order through Paypal. Through our Paypal verified business account
we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. By creating an
account with Paypal your payment information is kept private and you are given
extra protection as a buyer.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base or newsletter e-mails to anyone.
Your privacy is important to us and is completely guaranteed. When you give us
your e-mail, address or phone number during the ordering process they are used for
order confirmation purposes only.
SALES TAX:
Missouri residents are required to pay 6.6% sales tax on all retail purchases.
RETURN POLICY:
We strive to offer high-quality, durable products that look great, but if you’re not
happy you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange. We try to fulfill all
orders as quickly as possible; however, there is no guarantee that the bag you
receive will be identical to the picture on the website. We reserve the right to
substitute strap colors as necessary unless otherwise indicated. You must arrange
for a refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase by e-
mailing admin@itsbagnificent.com, and the item must be returned in the same
condition in which it was received. Do not return an item until you have contacted us
and have received instructions.
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON MONOGRAMMED
ITEMS.
If you have paid by PayPal, you can only receive a refund to the same PayPal
account that you used to place the order.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to It’s Bagnificent, and the
order’s original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be
processed when item is received by It’s Bagnificent in the same condition in which it
was received. You are responsible for proof of delivery, such as USPS Delivery
Confirmation or Signature Confirmation.
WHOLESALE ORDERS:
All of the products you see on this site are available in different colors or patterns.
For wholesale ordering information, please contact us and we will provide you with
pricing and retail sales information.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES - DOMESTIC:
We ship via USPS priority mail. Shipping for orders of 1-2 bags is $4.60. Larger
orders are $10.00.
SHIPPING INFO:
We ship to anywhere in the U.S. Although we usually ship 1-5 days after your order
is placed, please allow 8-10 days for receipt of all orders, unless otherwise arranged.
If you need an item expedited, please contact us and depending on the availability of
the product, we will try our best to accommodate you. Please remember that we
create each product individually by hand for you or your recipient. Some of our
items may take longer and cannot be expedited. For questions about specific
products and circumstances, please contact us.
You will be notified when your order ships from our offices. When available, a
tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.
TERMS OF SITE USE:
